1. Returns
At SuddhKhasta, we take pride in delivering fresh and high-quality Thekua snacks to our customers. Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns are accepted only if the product is defective or damaged upon delivery.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with the following details:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged or incorrect product
We will review your claim and, if approved, offer a replacement or refund.
2. Refunds
- Refunds are processed only after verification of the reported issue.
- Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
3. Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing the order by contacting our customer support.
- After this period, cancellation may not be possible as order processing begins immediately.
4. Shipping Issues
- We are not responsible for delays or damage caused by the shipping carrier.
- Please ensure the delivery address and contact details are accurate to avoid delivery issues.
